This questionnaire gathers information for a website mockup including purpose, target audience, design preferences, features, content, timeline, and success measurement. It consists of questions to help us create a tailored website mockup.

Once you completed your mockup, I'll schedule a Mockup Video Call to review your website together and  discuss applying finalized touches.
