Life took an unexpected turn when a delicate wildflower called Nemophila led us to a powerhouse Japanese metal band of the same name. After my wife first tried planting it, Nemophila didn’t grow—but then we discovered the band! Their dual-guitar harmonies stole our hearts, and we’ve followed them ever since.

Though the lineup recently changed, altering that iconic sound, our love for Nemophila—both the flower and the band—has only deepened. Here’s to life’s surprises, and all the beauty that grows from them!
