How access restrictions work for services managed by Tone Media Promotions.
Tone Media Promotions (TMP) · Draft for review: October 18, 2026
Important: TMP no longer provides website hosting. This policy does not grant TMP authority over a customer’s independently hosted website.
This policy describes when Tone Media Promotions (TMP) may pause, restrict, or end access to services and systems under TMP’s control. It applies only where TMP has the technical and contractual authority to take such action. TMP no longer offers website hosting services.
TMP may restrict access to TMP-operated customer accounts, downloads, licensing functions, support channels, or services that TMP administers, subject to applicable agreements and law. TMP does not claim a general right to disable, delete, or take control of websites hosted independently by a customer or third-party hosting provider. A third-party provider may enforce its own rules.
Restrictions may be considered for material nonpayment under an applicable agreement; credible security threats; unlawful or abusive use of TMP-operated systems; attempts to circumvent license restrictions; or serious breaches of the applicable Terms of Use or service agreement. A dispute, complaint, or good-faith request for support alone is not grounds for suspension.
Where there is a credible immediate threat to systems, accounts, or other users, TMP may take proportionate temporary protective action without advance notice when reasonably necessary. TMP will seek to explain the action and restoration steps as soon as reasonably practicable, unless doing so would create additional risk or violate law.
For non-emergency issues, TMP will generally provide notice describing the concern and a reasonable opportunity to address it before restricting an affected TMP-controlled service, where practical and legally permitted. The notice period, if any, may be governed by a signed agreement. This policy does not establish a fixed grace period.
Where payment is due under an enforceable agreement, TMP may pause future work or eligible TMP-controlled services after appropriate notice, subject to that agreement and applicable law. TMP will not describe independently hosted customer websites as subject to automatic shutdown for nonpayment. Customers should contact TMP promptly if an invoice appears incorrect.
Ready-Made ECOM26 products and the TMP Client Editor may be subject to stated license terms, trial duration, activation rules, and technical limitations. Expiration of a trial or license is different from a disciplinary suspension. Any license-related restriction must follow the terms presented at purchase or registration and applicable law. TMP does not represent that license expiration transfers ownership of customer-created content to TMP.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining backups of their own independently hosted websites and content. TMP will not intentionally withhold customer-owned materials solely to pressure payment where doing so would violate applicable law or an agreement. Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
A customer may request a review by describing the issue and providing relevant account or transaction information. TMP will assess whether the reason for restriction has been resolved and whether restoration is technically and legally possible. Restoration is not guaranteed where a license has lawfully expired, a service has ended, or continued access poses an unresolved security risk.
A signed project agreement or product license may separately govern termination, cancellation, and access. WordPress, Joomla, hosting companies, payment processors, and other independent providers maintain their own accounts and enforcement policies; TMP cannot override their decisions.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights, statutory remedies, or rights under applicable law. TMP may update this policy prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing paid agreement will be handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.
For questions about a restriction, billing concern, or restoration request, contact TMP through the contact information published on the official website. Include the relevant product or service, a brief description, and the best way to respond; do not send passwords or payment card details.
